Active in the pharmaceutical sector, Fenix Pharma is today, in the Italian market, the first pharmaceutical cooperative company operating in the distribution of equivalent medicines, medical devices and food supplements.
It was founded in 2011 following the closure of many European locations of Warner Chilcott (formerly Procter & Gamble Farmaceuticals), the multinational company that decided to leave the old continent dismissing 500 employees, including over 150 employees in Italy.
The client turned to YouCo to improve and simplify the activities of the sales agents called Scientific Representatives who offer, in addition to medicines, medical devices and food supplements across the nation. Through the presentation of products directly to doctors.

The solution provided by YouCo to improve the management of the work of the Scientific Representatives of the client company led to the creation of YouWorkPharma, that is the customized solution.
Thanks to its experience and expertise, YouCo was able to accurately understand the client’s needs, choosing as solution the creation of a management infrastructure complete with application for smart-phones and tablets. In particular, the focus was placed on the user friendly nature of the solutions, able to simplify the work of salespeople, area and marketing area managers. After all these considerations, the client decided to adopt the YouWorkPharma system specifically adapted to its needs. The main feature of YouCo’s “advanced management” app is to effectively carry out the different daily activities of the Scientific Representatives, saving time during the day, reshaping appointments and having always updated their free product package. In addition, without having to go to their offices every time at the end of the day, vendors can daily update their expense reports and the miles covered by car.
Thanks to the YouCo solution, the client can quickly and accurately follow all the operations related to the vendor’s activity: appointments, product monitoring, free product stock, transfers and accounting.
All these features allowed the client to set up the entire product promotion activity in a different, innovative way, speeding up the timing and, at the same time, carefully monitoring every single aspect of working life.
