Province of Monza and Brianza
The website, designed and implemented by YouCo for the Province of Monza and Brianza according to the specific needs of the Public Administration, follows the design guidelines of the PA website of AgID (Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale) supporting the Province of Monza and Brianza in the process of digital transformation.
One of the strengths of the portal is the ease of use of content and services through a simple and intuitive user experience, which makes the user’s browsing natural, fully accessible even for people with disabilities, designed precisely to facilitate the search for information.
The website is responsive and accessible from all devices: PC, smart-phone and tablet and is compatible with different browsers and operational environments.
The design complies with the regulations and standards (accessibility, guidelines of PA websites, W3C/WAI, GDPR, SEO, transparency and cookie policy) and, with a view to saving money, uses open source licenses.
The main functions implemented are aimed at improving browsability and ease of use, and removing technology and bureaucracy.
Another significant improvement is in favor of the staff of the MB Province that with the new simple and intuitive management interface reduces learning and management time.
What’s new?
On the new portal great emphasis is given to the #casadeicomuni section which contains the services dedicated to the 55 municipalities of the Province of MB. Among the main services there is the URP ONLINE i.e. the Relationship Office with Public accessible from the portal through the “contacts” button that allows the user to be connected in a guided way for the various requests and reports. Then, in order to be always updated in real time on the activities of the Body there is STREEMING SOCIAL i.e. a window on the home page. To conclude, among the Territorial Network Projects, there is CUC – Centrale Unica di Commitenza, a tool adopted to optimize the tender procedures and centrally plan purchases and works according to economies of scale, rationalizing the human, instrumental and economic resources available to the Bodies and Public Administration.
