The Client

Specialised in container transportation and conventional full load transport throughout Europe, with almost 2,000 own vehicles, thousands of loads to be coordinated, organized and checked, complying all the constraints that exist today: from the tracking of transport and goods to authorizations and licenses, from tippers to generators to supply the refrigerated containers, from the best route to be covered to the optimization of the vehicles to avoid empty runs.

How did the transport activity improve thanks to YouWorkForce?

The solution allows the company to be continuously in contact with each of its operators and vehicles and to plan the work in a fast and structured way. YouWorkForce allows the complete management of the travel, organized according to mission/map. For each of these there are a series of scheduled activities. The solution was customized according to the client’s needs through the activation of modules: agenda, GPS, maps, signature collection, utilities, management and printing of transport documents, etc.

The solution is therefore based on a mobile app part provided with a user friendly interface, completely redesigned and customized. In addition to it there is a web-based panel that allows managing and setting up activities as well as displaying reports.

Thanks to the adoption of the solution, also integrated with the ERP system already used by the client, the advantages obtained were:
