The Agenda module is one of the most important and flexible modules of YouWorkForce. Organization and planning are at the basis of this tool: its primary function, in fact, is the orderly and progressive management of the interventions that each operator must carry out during the shift. Each operation is followed and managed directly by the operational center, which communicates and updates in real time the agendas of the various operators in the field. But how does it work in detail?
YouWorkForce is a solution that includes two different points of view, that of the operator who interfaces with the mobile application, and that of the company that has its focus in the operational center. Through it, the personnel manager will be able to plan the activities of each single operator by updating their weekly agendas, as well as report urgent interventions and additional tasks. Not only that, he will also be able to monitor the movements of the employee on shift by using the geo-location function and check the amount of services carried out and the hours spent to complete them.
On the other hand, the operators may monitor the activities to be carried out directly from their mobile device and communicate the completion of the tasks to the operational center with a simple tap of the finger. The application allows the employees to record the beginning and end of the work shift: in this way, the operational center may contact them at appropriate times and monitor their activities only within the work shift.
