The YouWorkForce solution from YouCo provides several features that allow optimizing the work process in several aspects. One of the most important is represented by the geo-localized clocking in/out module. With this function, the operator can interact directly with the operational center and declare the start and end of the shift. The operation of this module is very simple: the operator shall open the electronic clocking in/out screen and, through a quick tap of the finger, enter the beginning of the shift. At the same time the position of the operator will be visible on the map used by the central system of YouWorkForce, where the person in charge can monitor the progress of the work activities.
The cutting edge of this functionality is given by the tracking type of the device, which is activated after the operator declares the beginning of the shift. In case of external intervention (outdoor), the device will be tracked through GPS geo-location; if the employee is working in indoor areas, where the GPS signal is difficult to be detected, the device can be triangulated thanks to an innovative Beacons system.
Thanks to this module, YouWorkForce allows the operator to certify the start of the shift in any location, thus avoiding clocking in/out at headquarters and greatly optimizing the work timing.
