What are Managed Mobility Services (MMS)?
Changing the working method within a company is never easy, not even when the transition leads to an obvious improvement in the performance of activities. For this purpose, the Managed Mobility Services (MMS) solution was created, that is, a set of services that YouCo provides to its customers, to make the entire digital transformation process simple, fast and secure.
What do Managed Mobility Services do?
YouCo follows and accompanies the company in the mobile optimization process: from the procurement of company devices, to their configuration, up to specific assistance.
- Procurement and configuration: YouCo personally procures, prepares (staging), and delivers new devices to the client company, or to its offices in Italy and abroad. YouCo makes its experience and consolidated workflows available to the customer for managing activities even for non-EU countries. In this phase, YouCo experts prepare the device for professional use: generic device configuration, activation of various required services (Professional/personal accounts, Applications…), user configuration, email configuration, and so on.
- Replacement management: The service responds to the need to provide the customer with device replacement (swap) and provisioning. It therefore includes the management of a warehouse and provides for the governance of the entire process for activating a new device and possibly withdrawing the old one following: an event covered by KASKO or by the manufacturer’s warranty for malfunction or failure, theft or loss of the terminal by the end user, by virtue of the Customer’s decision to increase the company’s device fleet.
- Security management: for a device to be truly protected from possible vulnerabilities and hacker attacks, it needs an advanced defense and security system. Therefore, once configured, YouCo also provides for the installation and activation of specific security systems to address the problem of data theft.
- Customization: each device is equipped with cutting-edge applications for work management and corporate security systems. YouCo manages their design, implementation, and configuration based on the specific needs of the customer.
