The following document has been drafted in compliance with the provisions of Articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
YouCo S.r.l., as the Data Controller, wishes to inform you that EU Reg. 2016/679 provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
According to the indicated regulations, the processing of personal data provided or otherwise acquired will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, and on the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Purpose and legal basis of the Processing.
The data provided by you, in addition to those that YouCo S.r.l. has verified, are acquired and processed solely for the purpose of assessing the possible interest for a potential collaborative relationship to be determined in its content, methods and form.
We also remind you that some of the data provided may fall under the discipline of special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of EU Regulation 2016/679, such as: membership in trade unions, trade union positions, political opinions and membership in parties, unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, ethnic and racial origin.
The provision of the data in question is optional; however, your refusal to provide them makes it impossible for YouCo S.r.l. to enter the data in its archive and, consequently, to evaluate the opportunity for potential collaborations over time.
Possible categories of recipients of personal data.
The data provided by you may be subject to any other appropriate operation related to the achievement of the aforementioned purposes, including through specifically appointed subjects such as consultants, employees and other collaborators authorized for the necessary or related processing to the purpose in question.
The data may also be communicated to professionals our company uses, such as doctors, lawyers, accountants, and labor consultants.
Personal data retention times.
The data are processed by manual and/or computerized means and, in any case, YouCo S.r.l. guarantees the observance of every precautionary measure of their security and confidentiality.
The data will be stored in YouCo S.r.l.‘s systems for a period not exceeding 18 months, except for longer terms imposed by law or the possible stipulation of an employment or collaboration contract.
Rights of the Data Subject.
At any time, you can obtain access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of the same pursuant to Articles 15, 16 and 17 of EU Reg. 2016/679, respectively.
Pursuant to Articles 18, 20 and 21 of the same Regulation, you also have the right to request the limitation of processing, the portability of data concerning you (if applicable) as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. The above rights may be exercised directly towards YouCo S.r.l., in relation to the processing carried out by it as Data Controller, by means of:

Complaint to a Supervisory Authority.
If the response to a request in which the data subject has exercised one or more of the above rights is not received within 1 month from the moment the request is submitted by the data subject, or if the response is not satisfactory, the data subject may assert their rights before the Judicial Authority or by contacting the Data Protection Authority.

The data provided or otherwise acquired will be processed for sending promotional material regarding services and products offered by YouCo S.r.l. (direct marketing).
For these purposes, the provision of data is optional and any refusal to provide such data and to give the related consent results in the impossibility for the Data Controller to carry out direct marketing activities.
Possible categories of recipients of personal data.
The data you provide may be subject to any other appropriate operation related to the achievement of the aforementioned purpose, including through:
- specifically appointed subjects such as consultants, employees and other collaborators authorized for the necessary or related processing to the purpose in question;
- other companies of the YouCo S.r.l. group; third parties that perform or provide specific services strictly functional to the purpose in question, such as marketing consulting companies, IT service companies, software solution providers, web applications and storage services also provided through Cloud Computing systems, insurance companies, professionals, all in compliance with legal provisions on data security.
Personal data retention times.
The personal data provided or otherwise acquired will be stored in YouCo S.r.l.‘s systems for the time necessary to achieve the indicated purposes and in any case no longer than any revocation of the expressed consent.
