YouAcademy
YouCo's solution for IT trainingWhat is YouAcademy
Advantages for candidates: 90% placement rate
Have you finished your studies and are looking for a job in IT? Research and statistics tell us two things: first, you will find a job because demand exceeds supply, and second, to realize your potential, there’s a gap to bridge between school/university education and the level of skills required by the ICT market.
YouCo’s YouAcademy is the ideal environment to bridge this gap and quickly find work:
The courses are free, typically last 160/240 hours (4/6 weeks), include classroom and on-the-job activities, and cover the most in-demand areas of specialization with highly qualified instructors.
The weeks of on-the-job activity immerse you in a welcoming and stimulating work environment that believes in your potential and helps you understand how to realize it.
At the end of the course, you statistically have a 90% chance that YouCo will offer you employment, either on internal research and development projects or on important projects for clients.
The service for companies
When properly trained, young people are the only solution to the shortage of IT professionals that all statistical surveys highlight.
The YouAcademy course program, created by YouCo to meet an internal need for training and professional development, is now a full-fledged service available to companies, primarily our clients, but also for companies with which we (not yet) collaborate.
With YouAcademy, companies have a proven and efficient tool to identify and train new professional resources, leaving all the organizational and bureaucratic aspects of this demanding process to YouCo.
In particular, YouCo will take care of:
defining the profiles to be sought and the training objectives to be achieved
organizing and managing classroom training, providing the most suitable instructors and spaces
managing the initial phases of pre-selection of candidates with the greatest potential to propose to the company
coordinating on-the-job training activities
