The Client who relied on YouCo’s services for managing the entire vital process of company devices is a top-tier multinational operating in the OilGas sector. With headquarters in Italy and branch offices located in more than 40 countries, the Client decided to choose the YouProcurement solution to precisely manage the procurement of company devices at every stage: from purchase, to delivery, up to after-sales support. The goal was to optimize ordering and delivery times, and to externalize all supply operations from the company.
How has YouProcurement improved the Client's company device management process?

The Client chose this path and decided to equip its operators and collaborators with cutting-edge devices, capable of providing them with specific support to carry out their daily tasks. To ensure that everyone within the company benefited from mobile devices optimized for work, the Client relied on the YouProcurement solution by YouCo.
This solution is based on a specific B2B platform. The portal allows the company to fully manage the device’s lifecycle, from procurement to its disposal. The actors involved, for greater efficiency, are three: the Admin or Global IT Manager, who represents the company’s headquarters, the Procurement Manager who refers to the branch, and the Tech Partner, in this case YouCo, which provides all the technological support.
Thanks to the division into roles, device management is more organized and does not allow interference from third parties. The actors involved in purchasing or operational leasing operations are therefore few and qualified, which prevents misunderstandings and errors. Through the platform developed by YouCo, the Global IT Manager is able to evaluate the degree of investment made – or to be made – on each of the branch offices located worldwide, thus receiving a clear overview of innovation-related costs. The Procurement Manager, on the other hand, is responsible for entering pre-orders and orders: the portal, which can be accessed via smartphone, tablet, and computer, presents a pre-loaded catalog from which to choose the most suitable products for the company’s needs. Moreover, through online ordering with YouProcurement, management and approval times are significantly shortened.
The fundamental part of this solution, however, is managed by the technological partner. YouCo, which is the Tech Partner, indeed takes care of the supply of devices and accessories, and the provision of an all-round service including:
- Delivery of SIM cards and devices;

- Warehouse (located at the main logistics centers);

Thanks to this solution, the Client did not have to directly deal with the procurement of corporate mobile devices, but delegated the task to the technological partner, namely YouCo.
