Through wearable devices or smartphones, connected to the emergency response center, it is possible to intervene promptly, preventing and managing emergency situations. The platform provides 3 types of alarms: Sudden fall, Lack of movement, and SOS. The sudden fall and lack of movement activate the “man down” functionality. Prolonged pressure of a button (panic button) activates the SOS signal.
The alarm is transmitted via phone calls, SMS, e-mails, or pop-up messages on the dashboard and reaches one or more recipients, according to pre-established priorities.

Once the “man down” functionality is activated or the SOS signal is sent, the devices emit an acoustic signal that persists until it is manually deactivated. Otherwise, an alarm is automatically sent to all other users.
