Italpol, a leading company in the security sector, has chosen YouCo to digitize and optimize port access management, a highly complex activity that requires precision and operational speed.
Under the guidance of Technical Director Marco Dal Puppo, Italpol has tasked YouCo with defining operational processes and designing the architecture on the proprietary YouWorkForce platform, with the goal of achieving a vertical system that is highly flexible, scalable, and controllable in real time.
The result of this synergy is Harbour Control Entrance.
Harbour Control Entrance: intelligent port access control
In the strategic context of access management in Sardinian ports, YouCo has developed Harbour Control Entrance, a custom system for Italpol dedicated to managing access for passengers, vehicles, and cargo.
Through digital checklists, automated time stamping, and real-time location tracking via smartphone, operators can manage controls precisely, orderly, and quickly, reducing error margins and increasing service quality. In this project as well, the management of reports and service relations occurs in a structured way, providing headquarters with an always up-to-date view of field activities.
With Harbour Control Entrance, Italpol has been able to digitize access control, simplify operational coordination, and ensure greater security and transparency during all boarding phases.
The project was implemented on YouWorkForce, a proprietary platform for advanced management of operational teams. Designed to adapt to any work context in the field, it offers:

- Simple and intuitive interfaces via mobile app
- Remote and secure management of company devices
- Total modularity to meet specific needs.
