With a single touch on the screen, the operator can declare entry and exit. This feature enables direct and immediate interaction between the operator and the operations center, offering an efficient system for human resource management. Once the shift start is clocked, the centralized YouWorkForce system automatically receives information about the operator’s position, visible in real-time on the map. This allows the center to monitor the progress of work activities, making shift management and field operations more transparent and efficient.

One of the main advantages of Geolocated Clocking is its advanced position tracking system, which activates immediately after clocking in. If the operator works outdoors, the system uses GPS geolocation. In indoor environments, however, the platform adopts an innovative technology based on beacons.
