YouTalkie is YouCo’s app designed to improve company organization, reducing communication times between staff and teams. Thanks to YouTalkie, the smartphone becomes a professional walkie talkie, ensuring constant interconnection between the company and operators.
The solution includes an operational hub and a mobile app for optimized management of voice communications, making dialogue simpler and more immediate from colleague to colleague and, today, also from colleague to digital colleague thanks to YouWorker.ai.
In this way, YouTalkie not only facilitates communication between people, but enables a new mode of collaboration between operators and intelligent digital colleagues, integrating artificial intelligence into company communication workflows.

How is communication different compared to others?
Bidirectional voice notes
The core of YouTalkie’s communication module is represented by the immediate voice messages system. These can be recorded anywhere thanks to the mobile application, and sent instantly to the chosen recipient.
PTX-Video call
Allows the operator to activate a direct video call with the control center or with a colleague, in real time. Those at a distance see the situation as it is, and can guide the intervention without the need to describe it in words.
Photos and text notes
To make every activity simpler and faster, as well as to create a digital history of work, direct voice communication can be enriched with photos and written notes: the operator can acquire photographs directly from the device’s camera and send them, accompanied by written notes, to the direct interlocutor.
