Overview
The website designed and developed by YouCo for the Province of Monza and Brianza, based on the specific needs of the Public Administration, follows the design guidelines for PA websites by AgID (Agency for Digital Italy), accompanying the Province of Monza and Brianza in the digital transformation process.
One of the portal’s strengths is the ease of access to content and services through a simple and intuitive user experience, which makes navigation natural for the user, fully accessible even for people with disabilities, designed specifically to facilitate information search.
The website is responsive, accessible from all devices: PC, smartphone, and tablet, and is compatible with various browsers and operating environments.
The design complies with regulations and standards (accessibility, PA website guidelines, W3C/WAI, GDPR, SEO, transparency, and cookie policy) and, with a view to cost-saving, uses open source licenses.
The main functions implemented are aimed at improving navigability and ease of use, technology and bureaucracy “disappear”.
Another significant improvement is for the Province of MB staff, who, with the new management interface that is simple and intuitive, reduce learning and management time.

What are the new features?
The new portal gives great prominence to the #casadeicomuni section, which contains services dedicated to the 55 municipalities of the Province of MB. Among the main ones, we find the Public Relations Office URP ONLINE, easily accessible from the portal through the “contacts” button, which allows users to connect in a guided manner for various requests and reports. Next, to stay updated in real-time on the Entity’s activities, we find a window on the homepage for SOCIAL STREAMING. Finally, among the Territorial Network Projects, the CUC – Central Purchasing Body, a tool adopted to optimize tender procedures and centrally plan purchases and works with a view to economies of scale, rationalizing human, instrumental, and economic resources available to Entities and PA.
