YouCo was chosen by DirectPortes, a French specialist in designer doors, to offer a high-level purchasing experience to its customers, thanks to the highly customized e-commerce solution tailored to their needs.
The client’s need was to shift the sales focus from offline to online, renewing their website to make the quote creation process clearer and more informed, a substantial work to satisfy all customer needs. For the project implementation, YouCo provided in-depth consulting for the website redesign and particularly for the creation of a unique custom configurator tailored to the client’s needs.
The goal of differentiating from competitors was achieved by creating an innovative e-commerce platform, born from the intent to provide customization down to the smallest detail and user autonomy, allowing customers to know all prices and variants of each individual piece. Moreover, to specifically support customers who encounter difficulties in autonomously customizing products of interest, YouCo also offered DirectPortes the possibility to create personalized carts tailored to potential customers’ requests.
In this way, once logged in, the customer has the possibility to view the cart already set up with their choices and ready for purchase finalization without further intervention. A unique project of its kind, currently without competitors in France. The company has thus significantly reduced the time dedicated to creating quotes, achieving an increase in online sales, estimated at 80% compared to 50% prior to the renewal.
