Active in the pharmaceutical sector, Fenix Pharma is currently the first pharmaceutical cooperative company in the Italian market that operates in the distribution of generic drugs, medical devices, and dietary supplements.
The client approached YouCo to improve and simplify the activities of their sales representatives, Scientific Information Providers, who directly offer drugs, medical devices, and dietary supplements to doctors throughout the national territory.
How has the activity of Scientific Representatives improved thanks to YouPharma?
In response to FenixPharma’s request, Youco has customized its proprietary YouWorkForce platform to create a “complete management infrastructure with smartphone and tablet applications. Particularly during the development phase, the” focus was on the user-friendly nature of the solution, thus able to simplify the work of sales representatives, area managers, and marketing.
YouPharma allows the Scientific Information Provider to save time during the working day, rescheduling appointments and always having their complimentary product package updated. Moreover, without having to stop by the office at the end of each day, they can update their expense report daily.
On the administrator side, the YouCo solution allows monitoring of the seller’s activities: appointments, products, complimentary stock, transfers, and accounting.
Our need was to simplify and make more efficient the daily work, allowing our people to do their job well with a significant reduction in administrative aspects, so that when our people return home, they can be with their families and not dedicate additional time to bureaucracy.
