In the security sector, managing fire safety systems represents a critical challenge that requires rapid response, effective coordination, and constant monitoring of resources in the field.
For this project, under the supervision of Technical Director Marco Dal Puppo, Italpol, which has always been committed to technological innovation to ensure safety and reliability, chose YouCo as a partner to digitally transform this complex activity.
Thanks to the proprietary platform YouWorkForce, YouFirefighter was born, a cutting-edge digital solution designed to ensure immediate communications, real-time monitoring, and efficient management of firefighting teams in the field.
YouFirefighter: fire safety goes digital
YouFirefighter, developed to support Italpol in managing firefighting activities, allows for real-time coordination of field teams, ensuring continuous communication with the operations center through features like Push-To-Talk, Man Down, and indoor/outdoor geolocation.
Shift planning has been completely digitized, with automatic verification of required certifications, while asset inspections are managed through dynamic checklists and QR codes, simplifying operations and ensuring traceability. The system also manages reports of any anomalies in a structured and immediate way, allowing the control center to intervene quickly and maintain constant oversight of operations status.
Thanks to YouFirefighter, Italpol has been able to optimize processes, increase operator safety, and improve overall operational efficiency.
The project was built on YouWorkForce, a proprietary platform for advanced management of operational teams. Designed to adapt to any work context in the field, it offers:
