Overview
YourPlace allows you to book workstations, meeting rooms, and other shared resources for a specific day and amount of time. Here’s how it works:
- Exploration of workstations
- Selection of workstation/date/time
- Sending booking confirmation and summary with details
- Management of changes or cancellations
Booking methods:
- Manual confirmation directly through the app.
- Reading the QR code of the workstation.
- Reading from a smartphone using the workstation TAG.
The collected information is made available to relevant organizational departments through the web-based management/administration portal.
The solution can also be used as a tool to confirm presence in the company. This operation can be manual (via the app) or automated (totally or partially) depending on the adoption of IoT components and integration with geolocation modules.
