Overview

YouTalkie is the smartphone application, developed by YouCo, that aims to improve work organization in companies by reducing communication times with staff and between the members that compose it. Communication is the focal point of YouTalkie, thanks to which the smartphone of employees and collaborators becomes a true professional walkie-talkie.

The solution consists of an operational center and mobile app, applications that allow constant interconnection between the company and operators and optimized management of voice communications.

Sending voice messages, simple and immediate, will be possible on multiple fronts:

How is communication different compared to others?

Bidirectional voice notes

The core of YouTalkie’s communication module is represented by the immediate voice messages system. These can be recorded anywhere thanks to the mobile application, and sent instantly to the chosen recipient.

Photos and text notes

To make every activity simpler and faster, as well as to create a digital history of work, direct voice communication can be enriched with photos and written notes: the operator can acquire photographs directly from the device’s camera and send them, accompanied by written notes, to the direct interlocutor.
